Discmania's Active Target is one of the more robust baskets on the market that still counts as portable. The basket is perfect for use in the garden and is more like the baskets you find on the course than the really light practice baskets. The Active Target is fitted with real chains and so catches your putters really well.
The Active Target has 18 chains that are also connected horizontally to make sure the basket catches the discs properly. The horizontal chains were introduced on Discmania's Lite Basket in 2014 and have since become the standard for most lightweight practice baskets.
The basket weighs 15.5 kg and can easily be assembled and taken apart with just a few clicks. It is approved for competition by the PDGA, and it is recommended not to leave it outside all year round.
