Controlled putt and approach disc for precise placement
Discraft Sled is a putt and approach disc designed for precision and controlled placement. The disc is the official disc of the 2026 PDGA Professional World Championships and is inspired by the Kensington Toboggan course. It is well suited for shots where a clear line and dependable control are important.
Sled flies with a slight turn early in the flight followed by a moderate fade. The relatively low glide makes it easier to control both distance and landing, which makes the disc well suited for approaches and shorter throws where the disc should hit the line and stay close to the landing zone.
The mold has a rounded wing and nose that feel similar in the hand to the Luna and Roach. The disc also features a thumb track on the top – a shallow indentation where the flight plate sits slightly lower than the outer rim. This can provide a comfortable grip and added control for both backhand and forehand throws. This version is produced in ESP Swirl plastic, offering a good balance of grip and durability, and comes as a First Run with a dedicated stamp.
